Well this gig was the first one back at Bearwood's The Bear Tavern since last November and it was a bit of a trial. My voice was very hoarse, because of a sore throat and I didn't even attempt to try some of the high notes. I added an impromtu spoken word ending to "Beautiful" and Ian did a sterling job doing the lead vox to "The Vine", "Worthless Heart" and "You". We did Worthless Heart as we'd put it forward for a Jellyfish tribute CD (it didn't make it). We drew quite a reasonable crowd , whilst headliners Good Question, brought some new faces to see us. Sterling support as always from Caroline 7 (a lovely girl and a lovely singer) by the way. We rocked the proverbial fat one on "We Always Run Too Far" and got some compliments off people who hadn't seen us before.
