Where Were You Hiding When The Band Played?

The Red Lion - December 3rd 2005

It was what could be called a dissapointingly "select" audience that appeared on Saturday night. So where were YOU? Maybe you all had Christmas parties to go to?

Anyway we played a fairly fast set to the other bands and the "audience" and did an hour and a quarter in an hour! Ella was on her honeymoon and so the vocals were up to yours truly. Waz got some compliments on his guitar playing and we got some praise from Ethel Vince for our set. Nick Griffiths (Dave Moore Band) guested on drums. We were supported by Ethel Vince (who continue to play a fine set of their own numbers and covers) and a duo called Second Time Around.
